Delivery
If you order by 2:00 PM, we will ship your goods the same day.
Goods are shipped to addresses in the Republic of Poland, the European Union, and selected countries. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties are borne by the buyer. Detailed information on the amount of customs duties due can be found on the website of the Integrated Customs Tariff of the European Communities (TARIC), which contains the current customs rates: Current Customs Rates
The delivery time is usually 3 working days.
After shipping, the buyer will receive an invoice by email along with a tracking number to track the delivery.
The following delivery options are available to our customers:
▶ Shipping via DPD courier service (free of charge throughout Germany)
The seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the buyer in accordance with the relevant sales contract.
The purchased goods, which should reach the buyer in an undamaged condition, must be inspected upon delivery. If the packaging, i.e., the carton, is not intact, the buyer must submit a damage report to the carrier's courier and contact the seller immediately by phone or email. Photos of the damage must be enclosed. Otherwise, this will be considered damage to the goods shipped by the buyer.
If the goods are delivered by DPD courier, the buyer should inspect the goods in his presence.
If the goods arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise inconsistent with the purchase agreement, the buyer should immediately submit a complaint by email or SMS in the most convenient way, and be sure to include photos of the damage. The seller will attempt to respond to the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt. If the seller has the same goods in stock, they will offer the buyer an exchange for new ones (shipping the goods at the seller's expense) and will also arrange for a DPD courier to collect the defective goods at a time convenient for the buyer (ordering a DPD courier at the seller's expense).
